If your tracking shows "Label Created" but no carrier scan:
- Carriers usually pick up packages the same day a label is created. If 24 hours have passed and there's still no scan, email us right away - we'll do our best to take care of you immediately.
If your tracking shows movement but hasn't updated in a few days:
- Most tracking numbers update within 1-2 business days, even if there's a brief gap. Sometimes the carrier just misses a scan.
- If your tracking hasn't updated for 10+ days, contact us - we'll do our best to take care of you immediately.
