So sorry to hear that! Sometimes packages get marked delivered a bit early, end up at a neighbor's house, or get tucked away in an unexpected spot. Before we send a replacement, please check a few things:

• Check around your property: back door, garage, side of the house, behind any bushes or planters.
• Check with your neighbors in case it was delivered to them by mistake.
• If you live in an apartment or condo, check with the front desk, leasing office, or mailroom.
• Double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation email to make sure it's correct.
