My order has arrived damaged, what should I do?Updated 21 days ago

So sorry your order arrived damaged! Here's what to do:

  • Take photos. Please photograph the damaged item(s) - we need to see the damage to send a replacement.
  • Email us. Send the photos to [email protected] with your order number and a brief description of what's damaged.
  • Feel free to dispose of the damaged items. No need to ship anything back to us - please don't consume any product that's been compromised.

 

Once we've reviewed the photos, we'll send a free replacement of the damaged item(s) right away. We typically respond within 48 hours.
