I received the wrong product in my order, what should I do?Updated 21 days ago

  • Take a photo of what you received (including the shipping label if possible).
  • Email us at [email protected] with the photo and your order number.


Once we verify the mistake, we'll send a free replacement of the correct product right away.

Please feel free to keep the wrong item we sent - no need to ship it back. We typically respond within 48 hours.
