I received the wrong product in my order, what should I do?Updated 2 months ago

If you have received the wrong product in your order, we ask that you provide a photo of the item(s) received and the label for our reference.

We also ask that you check your confirmation email to verify the items you ordered.

Once we can verify the mistake, we will organize the shipment of the correct flavor or exchange the item where applicable.
