I haven't received an order confirmation, what should I do?Updated 21 days ago

If you've placed an order and haven't received a confirmation email within 15 minutes, here's what to check:

  • Check your spam or junk folder - confirmations sometimes get filtered there.
  • Make sure you're checking the email address you used at checkout.
  • If you used a guest checkout, double-check there were no typos in the email field.

If you still can't find your confirmation, email us at [email protected] with the name and shipping address used on the order, and we'll locate it in our system. We typically respond within 24 hours.
