Subscriptions follow a different process. Customers should place their subscription order normally, then click “Qualify Here” on the thank-you page or in the order confirmation email to start the Truemed reimbursement flow after purchase.

Customers will then be able to take a survey with Truemed to receive a Letter of Medical Necessity. This letter will allow the customer to use eligible funds from their HSA/FSA.
