If your order hasn't been processed for shipping yet, email us at [email protected] right away with the correct address. We may be able to update it before it ships out — but we can't always guarantee it, especially if there's a delay between when you reach out and when we see the message.

Once an order has been processed for shipping, the address can no longer be changed. If a package ships to an incorrect address that you provided, please reach out to us — we'll do our best to work with you on a solution, though you may be responsible for the cost of a replacement order.
