Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?Updated 20 days ago

Yes, in many cases - but you need to reach out quickly. Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order number.

If your order hasn't been processed for shipping yet:

  • We can usually modify the items, update the shipping address, or cancel the order entirely.
  • Because email volume varies, we can't always guarantee we'll see your message before the order moves to processing, but we'll do our best.

If your order has already been processed for shipping:

  • Unfortunately we're no longer able to make changes because it's on its way to the carrier.
