We want you to love Neubrain. If your first order isn't for you, we're happy to help. Here's how it works:
Eligibility
You may request a refund if:
- Your refund request is made within 30 days of your order date.
- The order is your first order with Neubrain (subscription refills are not eligible).
- You have not previously received a refund from us.
Refunds are limited to one per customer. Annual plans, subscription refills, and orders placed more than 30 days ago are not eligible for refund.
How to request a refund
Email us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief note about why you'd like a refund. We typically respond within 24 hours.
How refunds work
In most cases:
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label by email.
- Please ship back any unopened or sealed items, including any starter kit hardware in its original packaging. You can keep anything you've already opened.
- We'll refund your order total minus a return shipping fee and a 5% restocking fee.
- Refunds are processed once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse.
Timing
If no return is required, refunds are processed within a few days. If you're shipping items back, please allow 1-2 weeks from when you ship for the return to arrive and be processed, plus 5-10 business days for the refund to post on your statement.
