Our return policy allows for returns or exchanges on all first orders placed within the last 30 days.
If you're not satisfied with your order, please reach out to us, and we'll be happy to assist with a return or exchange. Please note that subscription refills are not eligible for return, as our subscription portal is available for customers to manage or cancel at any time.
Special sale items, trials, and annual offers are not eligible for return.

Once our returns department receives your returned item, you can expect your refund to be processed within 5 business days or fewer.
