I received an order confirmation for a subscription I didn't mean to start. What should I do?Updated 13 days ago

Sorry about that! Here's what to do:

 

Step 1 — Cancel the subscription right away.

Log in to your subscriber portal: Subscriber Portal

Cancelling stops all future shipments and charges.

 

Step 2 — Email us about the current order.

Email [email protected] right away with your order number. If your order hasn't been processed for shipping yet, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund. Same-day cancellations are eligible for a full refund as long as the order hasn't shipped — see our Cancellation Policy for details.

 

If your order has already been processed for shipping, we won't be able to cancel it, but we can help you start a return once it arrives.
