How to cancel

Once logged in, you can cancel your subscription with a single click.
Cancellations must be done through the subscriber portal — we're not able to cancel subscriptions over email or phone. If you have trouble accessing your account, our team is happy to walk you through the process. Email us at [email protected].
Before you cancel: alternatives
Inside your subscriber portal, you can also:
- Pause your subscription for up to 4 weeks.
- Skip an upcoming delivery.
- Reschedule the date of your next delivery.
What happens when you cancel
- You won't be charged again or receive any further shipments.
- Cancelling does NOT cancel any orders that have already been placed, those will still ship.
- Loyalty points are forfeited at cancellation.
- If you cancel before completing all 6 of your free gift orders, you'll lose any remaining gifts. (If you reactivate the same subscription later, you'll pick up where you left off.)
