Yes, our return policy allows for returns or exchanges on all first orders purchased within the last 30 days.

Sealed product may be returned. Unsealed product may not be returned but is still eligible for refund within 30 days of your first order.

If you’re not satisfied with your first order, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist with a return or exchange. Please note that subscription refills, special sale items, trials and annual offers are not eligible for returns, as our subscription portal is available for customers to manage or cancel at any time.

Once our returns department receives your returned item, you can expect your refund to be processed within 5-7 business days or fewer. Please let us know if you have not heard from us after this period of time and we really appreciate your patience.
